Fototo Refund Policy
Fototo ("we", "our", "us") is a software platform owned and operated by QBRAIN TECHNOLOGIES LLP, a registered Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) in India. You may contact us at support@fototo.co.

Fototo operates on a pay-as-you-go credit model, where users purchase points ("Credits") that can be used to generate digital content such as images, videos, and audio.
1. Digital Nature of Services
All Fototo products are digital and delivered instantly. Once Credits are used to generate output, the associated services are considered fully delivered and non-refundable.
2. Unused Credits
If Credits remain unused, they may be refunded only under exceptional circumstances (e.g., accidental duplicate payment, technical errors during purchase).
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and before any Credits are consumed.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, email support@fototo.co with:
- Payment reference number
- Account email used for purchase
- Reason for refund
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Failed or Cancelled Transactions
If your payment is deducted but Credits are not added, Fototo will verify and credit your account or initiate a refund automatically within 5 business days.
5. No Refunds for Used Credits
Once Credits are consumed (even partially), the related transactions are final and non-refundable.
